AIR-POTS 12.5L - SUPER ROOTS

Air-Pots are extraordinary pots with specially designed, profiled walls that resemble the popular egg carton configuration. The construction of these pots consists of closed cones inside and open cones on the outside, which translates into a more efficient development of the plant root system.

The internal cones direct the roots straight outwards, to the open cones. When the roots reach the open cones, the density of air in the soil causes their dehydration and stops further elongation.

In response to this, the plant encourages the roots to grow sideways to compensate for the losses. This leads to an increase in the density of the root system, which in turn translates into a potent increase in root mass.

The porous structure of Air-Pot also creates excellent conditions for bacterial activity, which increases the availability of nutrients for plants. The root system of plants grown in these pots is extremely efficient in taking up all available nutrients and water.
