Air-Pots - Unique Pots for Your Plants

When it comes to pots, Air-Pots are truly unique. Their design, reminiscent of an egg carton configuration, consists of closed cones inside and open cones on the outside. Unlike traditional pots, which have flat walls that force the roots into a spiral, Air-Pots promote healthy root growth.

The Principle of Air-Pots Operation

The internal cones of the Air-Pots direct the roots outward, towards the open cones. Here, the air density in the soil is high enough that the roots begin to dehydrate and stop elongating. But don't worry, this process leads to a healthy development of the plant's root system.

When the roots begin to dehydrate, the plant responds by sending out more roots to the sides to compensate for the loss. This leads to a densification of the root system, which in turn enhances the root mass.

Air-Pots Promote Bacterial Activity

The porosity of the Air-Pots creates ideal conditions for bacterial activity, which increases the availability of nutrients for plants. This makes the root system much more effective at absorbing available nutrients and water.
