SCREEN OF GREEN (ScrOG), or Screen of Greenery, is a method in which we use a grid to create as even a layer of flowers growing at the same level as possible. By bending the upper parts of the plants at the same time, the lower parts of the branches are trimmed to determine the area on which the flowers are to form. This method helps produce flowers of similar quality and richer yields.

ScrOG can also be used in a vertical variant. In this case, instead of bending the upper part of the plant, it is woven into a vertical grid so that all their parts are illuminated as accurately as possible. In this variant, the lighting must also be mounted vertically. This allows us to save additional space.

The flowering phase can begin when all the main branches are horizontal and aligned with each other. Budding can be induced by switching the lights to a cycle of 12 hours with the lights on and 12 hours with the lights off. LST should continue during early flowering, when vegetative growth is underway.

Bent twigs can be bent in a different direction or loosened at any time, after about two weeks the twigs are not able to return to their pre-bending position on their own, however, even then they will partially align when the handle is released or loosened from the net.
