The Mars Hydro FC1500 150W is a modern LED grow light designed for indoor plant cultivation. It combines high luminous efficiency, uniform illumination of the growing area, and energy-efficient operation.

The latest version of this model is equipped with Bridgelux 3030 LEDs and high-efficiency OSRAM Deep Red 660–665 nm LEDs. The addition of deep red enriches the spectrum with a range that is particularly important during plant flowering and fruiting.

With a power consumption of 150 W, the lamp achieves an efficiency of up to 2.85 µmol/J, effectively converting electrical energy into light used by plants. The OSRAM Deep Red LEDs alone can achieve an efficiency of up to 6.24 µmol/J.

Full spectrum throughout the entire growing cycle

The FC1500’s balanced spectrum allows the lamp to be used at all stages of plant development—from germination and rooting, through the vegetative growth phase, all the way to flowering and ripening.

The combination of white light and OSRAM Deep Red supports:

Uniform lighting without hot spots

The FC1500 features a design based on several slim LED strips. This solution allows for a more even distribution of light across the entire growing area compared to traditional LED panels.

The arrangement of the LEDs helps minimize the formation of an overly bright area in the center and underlit zones at the edges. As a result, plants receive a more uniform amount of light across the entire growing area.

The lamp works well in small grow tents, especially in areas measuring approximately 70 × 70 cm.

Effective passive cooling

The LED strips are mounted on an aluminum frame that acts as an efficient heat sink. The large heat-dissipating surface and appropriate spacing between the strips help maintain a stable temperature while the lamp is in operation.

The FC1500 does not use fans, so it operates quietly and silently. The absence of an active cooling system also means fewer components requiring maintenance.

Power adjustment tailored to the plants’ needs

The built-in dimmer allows you to smoothly adjust the light intensity to the plants’ age, current growth stage, and the height at which the lamp is suspended.

Lower power settings can be used during rooting and when growing young seedlings, while light intensity can be gradually increased as the plants develop. This also helps reduce energy consumption when full power isn’t needed.

Mars Hydro Smart Control

The FC1500 is compatible with compatible Mars Hydro controllers, enabling convenient programming and lighting management via the MarsPro system.
